CO IS "PRO MOM"

The Court does not permit children to make decisions regarding parenting time. Further, parents are obligated to follow Court Orders regarding this matter.

The Court uses discretion when creating parenting time schedules; thus parents can craft a schedule that fits their family. Favor quality over quantity.

Litigation can be expensive, but attorneys can save a lot of money, too. It can be costly in many ways if the terms of an agreement or rights that are being waived are not fully understood. Peace of mind is very v a l u a b l e .

Sadly, there are bad apples in every barrel. Combat this by engaging in due diligence about the attorney and ensuring that it is a right fit. Also, remember your attorney works for you. Their role is to advise of rights and options and advocate for your position, not their own!
